Welly

Southampton-born singer/songwriter – Welly (aka Elliott), is the frontman in a group – Welly – named after the main character (like Scooby Doo), but the other players are Joe and Matt on guitars, Jacob on bass, and Hannah on percussion/synthesisers. Welly no longer lives in/around Southampton but has his roots here, with his employment history including a local Poundland and a stint at Paultons Park. 

Fright Years

Fright Years are an Edinburgh-based band crafting music that’s as emotionally charged as it is cinematic. Their songs are born out of the pure joy of making music together, with each track designed to tell its own story, full of mood and depth. They aren’t afraid to get vulnerable, weaving sentimentality into their guitar-heavy soundscapes.

The band are receiving regular airplay from BBC Radio 1 & BBC Introducing Scotland, and media outlets like Clash and The Line of Best Fit have labelled them ones to watch..
