Here’s some helpful information below: 

• We have a quiet room in case you need to decompress, take medication, or call friends on a night out. 

• We use Ask for Angela. If you’re in an uncomfortable situation, ask a member of bar staff or customer safety staff for Angela. They can help you out of the area and into a taxi without putting you in an unsafe situation. 

• We have a Zero Tolerance Policy to harassment and bullying. This policy protects all members, staff, and visitors in all of our venues. 

Safety Message: Please use our cloakroom during this event.

Any unattended items will be removed by our Customer Safety Team, and a £10 collection fee  will apply to collect them at the end of the night or during a designated collection period. This helps us keep everyone safe and comply with event safety regulations.
